Joanna has been practicing and teaching Reiki in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition locally since 2003. She specializes in training wellness professionals and those who wish to become professional Reiki practitioners who are passionate about mind-body-spirit balance and personal growth, and who have a burning desire to help others find healing. Reiki is a gentle type of bodywork that aids emotional harmony, encourages relaxation and stimulates the body's natural healing processes. Yet, it is a powerful technique that can be used alone or integrate seamlessly with other wellness modalities such as Massage Therapy, Polarity, Reflexology, Shiatsu or Yoga. Reiki Certification training provides all the skills needed to direct healing energy to yourself and others. Reiki is taught in four levels and each level builds upon the previous one. The first level provides you with an empowering technique for self-care and improving personal well-being. It's also great for wellness professionals to have in their tool-kit as a complementary service for clients. This certification course meets for four weeks on Sunday at 3pm starting August 1st.

Our next Reiki share will be on August 10th at 7:00pm. It's a good opportunity to meet other Reiki practitioners in the area and also to practice with others. The energy seems to grow exponentially when there are few practitioners practicing on you at the same time. I am changing the payment format. Instead of asking you for $5, you now have an option of bringing a snack or drink to share with everyone and we'll make that $5 a donation. 100 hour Reiki Master Certification Reiki Master Teacher Joanna Scaparotti has been practicing and teaching Reiki locally since 2003. She teaches Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki along with her own guided Reiki techniques. Her training emphasize developing intuition and trusting insights from your Inner Wisdom.
